| 1421734 | 2016-06-11 07:09:00 | Brother HL-2130 printing fine then suddenly showed "error" and stopped. Unable to clear error led no matter what - removed & restored power, removed and replaced toner cart, rebooted PC all to no avail. I realise that this is a fairly cheap model. Is it worth trying to get it fixed or simply bin it and go buy another. Cheers |

| 1421737 | 2016-06-12 04:26:00 | Thanks Wai T, Useful link but unfortunately it tells me that my problem appears to be a faulty PCB. With the weird pricing arrangements these days a new printer will cost about the same as 5 minutes of a serviceman's time. My choice now appears to be a no brainer really - new unit! Thanks for your help anyway. Cheers |
