1421477 2016-06-04 23:43:00 Try this: Open a cmd as admin, type in the following order,

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Reboot and see if the problem is solved. NOTE: this will rebuild the complete winsock connection so any specific IP addresses will be wiped and have to be re-entered.

Had a customers network connection playing silly buggers on Friday, the first two commands fixed it.

1421480 2016-06-05 02:35:00 I had that error and followed the instructions from Wainui's link above by making up a batch file from reset components in method 4. Running it fixed it. The issue first seem to happen when my son connected his new mobile to our WiFi. And with 4 other connections all with prolific use, may have been the cause. Sometimes still get a IP conflict error. kahawai chaser (3545)
1421481 2016-06-05 02:38:00 netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

I think it was this command

This key that your site link mentions is not on my machine for Method 4
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControl*Set/Control/Nsi/{eb004a00-9b1a-11d4-9123*-0050047759bc}/26.
