| 1418778 | 2016-04-08 03:52:00 | . . . walk into a bar (NZ=pub) and sitting on the stool, Jim, the co-joined at the hip brother on the left, orders a beer, as the co-joined at the hip brother on the right - John - just sits and watches, eating the free pretzels on the bar . The bartender, quite interested in their situation - and in the fact that they are taking up two stools and only bought one beer and his pretzels are rapidly disappearing - asks them if they have any particularly hard problems living in direct proximity to each other . "No, not at all" Jim says . "We have become best of friends . We eat together, although not always the same food . We walk together - John has his preferred places to go, as do I, but we have no troubles deciding the order of - nor the importance of - where we go first or last" . The bartender just looks on, somewhat satisfied that they appear to be the exception rather than the rule for people who have to do everything together . "What about vacations?" asks the bartender . "How do you decide who gets the right to choose where you go every year?" "Oh, there's no problems with that", says Jim . "We decided a few years ago to go to New Zealand for every Summer and Fall . " "Half a year?" asked the bartender . "Yup! We go for half a year, every year to New Zealand . " "Why do you take such a long and obviously such an arduous trip there and then stay for six months?" asked the bartender . "Oh . That way for half a year, John gets to drive" . :devil |
