1418631	2016-04-04 07:06:00	Has anyone tried Uber? Once you request a Uber ride and confirm pickup do you get a screen where you select the destination? Is it possible to have a fare estimate before being picked up or confirming a ride with the driver? Sadly the FAQ on uber doesn't answer two of my question	Ninjabear (2948)
1418632	2016-04-04 23:38:00	Yes you get the estimate before the final "confirming" you want the driver to come get you. And yes, I used it a *ton* when I was in California. Super cheap and the best way to get around if you haven't hired a car. Used it in Aus and around NZ too. Waaaaaay cheaper than a taxi, always faster to get somebody to pick you up as well. The service, cleanliness of the vehicles, the drivers, all far better! In NZ some taxi drivers have even picked me up using Uber, it was hilarious to book an Uber and see a taxi pull up and collect me with the "U" in the window :D	Chilling_Silence (9)
