| 1418750 | 2016-04-07 22:15:00 | Why the obsession with trams, light rail & trains. Im sure its mainly trainspotters & those with small boy train obsessions pushing that barrow. They are are huge cost on the taxpayer & ratepayer , and city rail runs at huge losses . Surely a buses are allways a better & far cheaper option ? A bus can still be used even when roads a being resurfaced etc, trams cant. Did no one stop to think there may have been a very good reason that Ak got rid of the trams. Trains, why not go all the way & bring in monorail. I think Springfield has one for sale :) |
