| 1417714 | 2016-03-18 08:13:00 | "Doc Martin" is running in living room and he's "sending a patient to hospital" . Which hospital? Doesn't a common noun require a definite article? Unless hospital is capitalized I cannot see how this is good King's Engrish . "I'm sending the patient to Hospital" . That would be correct although if one looks for a city named "Hospital" - one will likely as not find it anywhere . One can send someone to ChCh . One can send someone to France . One can send someone to Hawaii . One can send someone to THE hospital . One can send someone to St . Mary's Hospital . One can send someone to Fred's Hospital . But I don't know how one can send someone to hospital . It lacks something . Youse guys! Always jokers! According to the Script as to where Doc Martin is sending the patient to is here . . docmartinonline . net/the-show/locations/#" target="_blank">www . docmartinonline . net |

| 1417716 | 2016-03-18 14:15:00 | Youse (ewes) are female sheep!!! Shouldn't that be: "Youse IS female sheep!!" (Quickly, this massive brain of mine, full of witty repartee and a vast vault of derring-do put downs, snide remarks and outlandish punchlines, says:) . . . . . . . . . . . . "if the shoe fits . . . . . . . . . . . . . " Night time's da woist, what with my neck muscles so tired from holding up my massive brain . |
