Is it cheaper to buy 2 licenses or do I pay the same again for another license? Although I've recently renewed. Thanks. |

If you have a single user at the moment then you can simply add another to it (or as many as you like up to 10, after that it changes to business licensing ) The more you add the less it becomes for each user. If you add another, they pro-rata the time, meaning if you add another and you have 6 months till renewal, they then only charge the amount for 6 months, not 1 year. Personally since I have re-seller access I don't know exactly how to increase for non re-seller ( general users) All I do is log in, locate the person and can alter as they want. Got one at the moment, adding to the license, the current one expires in August. So looking at above, heres what I mean - part pricing: 7256 Expensive eh :) Heres the retail pricing. Add GST 7257 Best thing for you to do is give chillisoft a call, and they can increase it in a matter of seconds and handle / Direct on payment. As mentioned when adding another, they dont charge the full price so how many months ago was the original renewed ? Wasn't said, so the pricing would be different. Thats why there's so many cockups and disagreements sometimes, if you only get half the details and some people assume, and we all know what happens then ;) |

Im pretty sure there is no discount for 2 lic.. But what WT was getting at is, if you add another lic , they both will expire on the same day, so the new lic is only charged for the remaining months before it expires eg : you existing lic has 7 months left, the 2nd lic will be for 7 months & you get charged for 7 months or , just get another separate 1 year lic . Thats more of a hassle as you end up with renewals happening at different times of the year However, you can get an crossgrade price that is cheaper (since you are upgrading from another brands AV) |
