Then he gets sued for comments he made about a Reporter, and to save further embarrassment in Court, settles for an undisclosed sum in a confidential agreement. But it gets worse, he wants you and I to pay, but not be told how much and what for. What a Leader, what a Statesman. :rolleyes: |

So , he was acting as a member of the Nats, NOT acting as PM , NOT on official PM business (as he claims) So, if anything , the Nat Party should pay..... I dont think that reporter should get even $1 anyway :) Its all a bit too dodgy. It must be a huge payout, otherwise Im sure he'd just pay it himself . |

Yes, he doesn’t even seem sure himself which hat he was wearing at the time. But there must have been something real dodgy on those tapes to justify such extreme measures. :confused: |
