| 625759 | 2007-12-30 03:58:00 | I have problem with windows xp sp2. When windows displays welcome screen and I chose my user account to enter password and click go it starting log on immediately and log off return to welcome screen again and again. can't start up windows. anybody has idea? |

| 625760 | 2007-12-30 04:52:00 | Welcome to Press F1 Sophy , what you can try is when the PC starts, keep pressing F8, when the black screen with white writing appears, using the arrow keys, scroll to " Last Known Good Configuration" select that and hit enter, this will wind the PC back slightly to when it thinks it was OK. If this doesn't fix it come back and more in depth solutions can be advised. |
