| 626748 | 2008-01-16 22:50:00 | Talk to your ISP first so that they can record a history about the problem. They will log a fault with Telecom who will do checks on the exchange and line. Telecom are also able to, and may put your connection on an analyzer for 24 hours to monitor progress and will arrange rectification of any problems that show up. |
