| 627748 | 2008-01-06 03:19:00 | Hmm, with no OS maybe a tad on the expensive side, but not too bad. Probably got budget RAM in it? | wratterus (105) | ||
| 627749 | 2008-01-06 03:26:00 | The ram, mobo and CPU down the road would only be round 360. I wouldnt really need the burner. Maybe 70-80 for the case, depending on what it looks like |

| 627750 | 2008-01-06 03:27:00 | Dunno? DDR2 800Mhz, Don't know what make but most of the stuff is quality. E.g. ASUS DVD Writer, Seagate 250GB HD, ASUS Mobo. Nothing like Hitachi and other dodgy brands. I'm pretty sure its quality RAM. | CaptainVincent (76) | ||

Maybe 70-80 for the case, depending on what it looks like then add up the SATA II 250GB HD, Big Blue LED fan and not to mention alot of other small things like 400W power supply and stuff . |

You didn't initially tell us there was a hard drive. The big blue LED fan - gimmick and probably cheap and nasty. The 400W PSU probably cheap and nasty generic that came with the case. I would be checking that first and if it is a cheap generic I would be looking at replacing it with something quality before I added anything else to that system. Probably not a bad price now you have told us there is a hard drive included as well. |

| 627755 | 2008-01-06 14:47:00 | Some price estimates of those components: CPU - $180 Mobo - $100 RAM - $70 Hard drive - $110 DVDRW - $50 Case + PSU - $90 = Approx $600 I think you got what you paid for . Should last you for a while . Get a 8600GT (imo, they're about $180) and you'd be sweet to play most games at decent settings . AMD's upcoming AM3 CPUs are compatible (apparently) with AM2 motherboards so that'll give you some options to upgrade in the future . |

| 627756 | 2008-01-06 20:27:00 | Nice case with big blue LED fan Bit late asking if its good value now - after you buy it. Nice case means nothing. The case may be nice but what PSU does it have? Thats what you should be worried about. Make sure you put a decent one in it. |
