627553 2008-01-05 09:38:00 Hi,
I can't remove a program via "Add and Remove Programs". What's wrong with that? Is there another way to remove a program?

627555 2008-01-05 12:43:00 Can you reinstall this program??? Then try and uninstall it. stu161204 (123)
627556 2008-01-05 17:19:00 Or download CCleaner and under Tools, you have a option of uninstalling programs which works most of the time. It should show you programs that the MS "Add or Remove" window doesn't. beeswax34 (63)
627557 2008-01-05 17:57:00 Hi,

Thank you all for prompt reply.

I can't reinstall this program (Draughting software) because accidentally I deleted it. I also tried with CC cleaner but has the same result.

When i uninstalled this program, a notice appears on screen: "Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file ........."

627558 2008-01-05 18:27:00 Highlight it under tools/uninstall in ccleaner and delete it Speedy Gonzales (78)

627560 2008-01-05 19:24:00 Where, or what are these files stored on??

Since it says this:

Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file

(What does it say after file, whats the path / filename)?

It doesnt sound like theyre on a local hard drive.

It could be looking for info on a CD.
