Go into Control Panel>Add&Remove Programs and uninstall your nvidia video driver, reboot then install your later version. You may need to turn off your integrated graphics and turn on your pcie/pci/agp graphics in your bios settings, your motherboard manual will tell you how to, usually automatic though. A sudden thought, you havent plugged the video cable back into the integrated video socket, have you?!? Definitely using the XP version of the video driver? All motherboard drivers installed? |

2008-01-03 14:20:00 | get the same message about the graphics and there is still no output from the graphics card if there is no output then you must be getting that message while using the 'onboard' graphics you'll NEED to go into the bios and change which graphics sysetm the pc uses............THEN you can plug into the new card and you should get some output........I cant imagine how you would be getting a message about drivers from the system if you aren't even using that card.........

2008-01-04 01:23:00 | Just found Far Cry for $25 at Dick Smith Electronics......its not graphics hungry but better than I have ever owned in a graphical sense.... | RusEvo (3572) | |
2008-01-04 01:39:00 | Well I could have told you that SP1 or SP2 had nothing to do with it. I have had SP1 on all my PCs for ages and nothing terrible has yet happened. If the driver doesn't work, try going with the previous oldest version.

2008-01-04 06:12:00 | Its all good now.....the first two levels of Far Cry are rather good...they say its "non linear"....I would differ & just say it is far far less linear.....but thats good. | RusEvo (3572) | |
