628215 2008-01-07 08:08:00 Is it normal for my wireless internet connection to time out every now and then? It's working perfectly one minute, and then later it just times out when trying to connect to the internet.

I use a Linksys Wireless-G PCI Adapter and my PC is a client computer using the internet wirelessly through a host PC.

628217 2008-01-07 08:13:00 Well, there are a few differences in my case.

I run XP SP2, I use Internet Explorer 7, TelstraClear broadband, and a Linksys router.

628218 2008-01-07 08:18:00 As you said in that topic, the setting on the Linksys adapter in Device Manager is on CAM which means Constantly Awake Mode, so its not trying to save power. Chris815 (10270)
