629302 2008-01-11 00:31:00 Hi guys

I am thinking of upgrading my mid size case and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

My current case is a few years old and is getting cramped (removing the HDD recently took nearly half an hour).

Must have requirements:
- around $200 - $250 (I already have a good PSU)
- mid tower
- 3+ HDD racks
- good options for fan cooling
- not too cramped.

Nice to have requirements:
- tool free for drives and cards
- light weight
- firewire and eSata on the i/O panel.

All advice welcome, cheers

J

629303 2008-01-11 01:34:00 Gigabyte Aurora is rather nice. So is Thermaltake Soprano DX or Tsunami. qazwsxokmijn (102)
629304 2008-01-11 02:04:00 If you are looking for an efficient. cool-running case, that doesn't have flashing lights and looks like something out of star wars, then get any model made by Lian Li. Might be a bit over your price, but worth it. JJJJJ (528)

629311 2008-01-16 03:51:00 How is a case SLI ready??? Or to turn that around how is it not? Doesn't that depend entirely on the MoBo? And why is everyone obsessed with SLI recently? Sounds like an expensive way of doing things to me... power obsession. Anyway, who needs 32x antialiasing? Who's that fussy? Thebananamonkey (7741)
