| 630041 | 2008-01-13 21:24:00 | Hi, I am using one software ZTreeWin v 1.60 . In this software one feature which is very useful for me. If we select any folder and search perticular text then it scan all the files in that folder and list all the files which has that text. But this software is DOS based thus not comfirtable to use. Is there any windows GUI base software, it will be good if it is free which has this feature. Thanks, |

Set it to search a word or part word and it can search a Document, Folder, HDD or DVD and it will look inside zip's, rar's etc. Great little program. It is similar to Grep in Linux. The search facility in Windows just plain sux. |

| 630048 | 2008-01-14 05:04:00 | I am using one software ZTreeWin v 1 . 60 . . . . . But this software is DOS based thus not comfirtable to use . ZTreeWin (http://www . ztree . com/) is not DOS based . Why do you think it is? One of our members, Billy T, uses ZTreeWin and migrated to it after using XTree, which definitely is DOS based . |

| 630049 | 2008-01-14 08:26:00 | Sorry, DOS based means, we can't use mouse. And for any action we have to write command. Thus not confirtable to use. If Billy got the newer version which has all those things then please let me know. Thanks, |
