| 631273 | 2008-01-18 02:19:00 | Nothing wrong with testing hardware every now and then....:2cents: chers what about hard drives? Hard drive diags depend on the manufacfturer of the drive. In case you have a toshiba drive, use the IBM diagnostic, or a Quantum drive (I hope not!! :lol:) use PowerMax (Maxtor's Diagnostic). Download the Ultimate Boot CD. (ubcd.sourceforge.net) It has every type of diagnostic on it you can think of, CPU, file system, Memory, Hard Drives... |
