| 632633 | 2008-01-21 22:47:00 | We have 4 identical Vista PCs in a seniors learning centre and the desktop on one of them has frozen. If click on an icon it will not work fine when goto START PROGRAMS. Any suggestions?! Many thanks |

It will be easiest to just hold the power button down till it turns off, give it a moment and start it again. | wratterus (105) | ||

| 632638 | 2008-01-23 05:29:00 | Click the Start orb and type "perf inf" the search field there. "Performance Information and Tools" should come up so select that. In the left hand pane theres an "Advanced tools" item, choose that one, and you should see a list of performance issues and options for remedying them. | sal (67) | ||
