| 632414 | 2008-01-21 04:33:00 | Hi, On my iMac - a newish one with a 256Mb graphics card and all stainless steel, when I play games in windows, after a while the screen goes weird colours like it's 256 colours. Any ideas why this is? Cheers |

| 632416 | 2008-01-21 05:29:00 | Yeah, you'd have to do it through Boot Camp as support for hardware accelerated 3D graphics in virtualised software solutions like Parallels and VMware Fusion is pretty flaky if existent at all. | sal (67) | ||

| 632423 | 2008-05-10 01:40:00 | Great. Any ideas about the graphics error? None from personal experience. My suggestion would be to take it into your nearest Apple store, plod is the only one on the forum with the new aluminum iMac, I have the earlier white model. You say the game is fine on the Mac side but a problem on the Windows side - without wanting to state the obvious but that sounds like a Windows driver issue. |
