| 1423112 | 2016-07-15 03:39:00 | I need some help please. I had the above installed in win7 and have the Registration Key for that installation. I have a fresh install of win10 and had to download Active@ again. The version I downloaded is version 7 but it won't accept my key or anything else. I can't even see an email address that will allow me to contact them. Perhaps wainuitech can suggest a solution. Without being able to get into my backup I have lost everything. |

I think tracking down the original E-mail with a download link might work as well. They say you can paste in the serial and key but I don't think that was actually required if you use the link. I just tried my old link and it said LSoft Technologies' support policy includes one year of free downloads, updates & support. Your subscription to the downloads and updates has been expired since 6/11/2014 2:59:00 PM But it still seems to let me use the link I posted above |
