| 1422641 | 2016-07-04 04:45:00 | Hi there, Having a real challenge with this one. When I go into my iPhone, I go into: 1. settings/Mail,Contacts,Calendars. 2. I then go into my email account. 3. It only offers email and notes to switch on and off. It doesn't offer Calendar or Contacts. 4. When I'm in iTunes it's checked to sync with Outlook. Anyone know what's going on here? Appreciate anyone's help. Thanks and best regards |

It doesn't work with just a mail server and has nothing to do with 'Outlook sync' (which is a local operation via the iTunes software on your PC). Notes are just "specially formatted emails" stored in a "special" IMAP folder. |

Either with Spark, MS or any number of resellers of MS's service Everything can then sync (depending on your email program on the phone) otherwise its a bit like saying why cant my fax machine show TV programs square peg , round hole sort of thing. Imap simply wont do what you want |
