2004-12-17 04:45:00 | It would be great to have a "Return to Threads List" at the bottom of the page like in the old forum instead of having to scroll up to the top or replicating the bar at the top and putting it at the bottom | Dannz (1668) | |
2004-12-17 05:05:00 | If you scroll right to the bottom and click on the Forum Jump - Go button, it will take you back to the mainpage of the current forum you are surfing. Next best thing I guess. | Jen (38) | |
2004-12-17 06:19:00 | Yay! I love this quick reply. Nice to have the list back to 80 max. Much closer to 100 than 40 ;-) | ~sy~ (95) | |

2004-12-19 20:17:00 | This thread is for anyone who wants to suggest something for the new Press F1 me: I suggest that there should be more Smilies (emoticons or whatever you call them) I'm sure the mods will see this thread and respond. I wonder if it would be possible to have a login timeout after a period of inactivity. Being of somewhat advanced age and with the consequent forgetfullness I sometimes don't remember to logout. Come back the next day and see that I'm still logged on but not really there, no big thing, but gives an incorrect impression of whose there at the time. D

D I believe it has a default timeout period of about 30minutes (15?) When you're coming back and seeing yourself, it's most likely because you've already authenticated thanks to cookies, and therefore you'd be on the who's online list |

2004-12-19 21:52:00 | I have a suggestion for the new forum Mary-Bruce, Differentiate the post count between PF1 Help Forum and PF1 Chat Forum  Disagree. The post count as it is now does not add to the information, and splitting it will tell us nothing of any use. Leave it as it is.

2004-12-19 22:14:00 | Twas, a tongue in cheek suggestion Tony, a small troll. It would be a mildly intersting statistical excercise on who posts what where, but would bear no relation to the usefullness of the posts, which are in the eye of the beholder, as always, anyway :)
