| 634483 | 2008-01-27 21:35:00 | Two separate Win Vista Home Premium computers. Three optical mouse units by Logitech, MS and Genius - One PS2, two USB. Same problem has recently occurred using whatever combination. Owing to accident to right hand, I have to use left-hand settings for my mouse buttons. Been working OK for nearly a year but last couple of weeks, when I boot up either computer, I find the buttons have reverted to default right-hand settings. Have tried re-setting from both Control Panel and Desktop and am careful to click both Apply and OK but nothing cures the glitch. I suspect an MS Automatic Update but would appreciate input from anyone who has had the same problem. Thank you in advance. |

I clicked the center button and it crashed. This defaulted it back to a normal mouse and I left it that way. I do like Vista as it is really an experience for patience. darroll |
