634457 2008-01-27 19:32:00 Now I am slogging through the reviews on these two, trying to decide which one to get.

I would like some personal opinions, ideally from people that have used both of these.

Logitech G7 Cordless Gaming Mouse
Logitech G9 Corded Gaming Mouse

I have been with Logitech for a very long time and there isn't much that would make me change brands, however if there is a good alternative out now then I would be interested in hearing about that also.

634458 2008-01-27 19:41:00 I have not used these but I do prefer the feedback and freedom of a wireless mouse it just seems to be more responsive gary67 (56)
634459 2008-01-27 20:25:00 I use the cordless G7 for gaming and it is great :) LiquidSolidity (1589)
634460 2008-01-27 20:57:00 G7 here

I can't say I like the look of the G9, looks to uncomfortable, granted I have not tried one though, but the G7 is great, no lag at all and the wireless range is huge.

And I can plug my G7 into my PS3 and use that. :D

634461 2008-01-27 21:08:00 What about battery life, its a concern for me DeSade (984)
634462 2008-01-27 22:30:00 My G7 lasts a FULL day of constant gaming, but it comes with 2 batteries and a charging station, so you can have one battery on charge and one running in the mouse.

The battery charges fastest on the boost setting and it is always fully charged when I need it.

634463 2008-01-27 22:51:00 So 24 hours of constant use? DeSade (984)
634464 2008-01-28 02:58:00 G7 for unbeatable comfort and the response is so good as well. Can't go wrong with it. The battery life is OK but I don't game so mine lasts longer but I have it on charge when I'm not using it anyway. You won't really notice the battery life. beeswax34 (63)
634465 2008-01-28 03:18:00 I would still like to hear from someone that has used both for a decent period of time. DeSade (984)
634466 2008-01-28 08:44:00 So 24 hours of constant use? No, a full day meaning the day part, not the night part aswell... The_End_Of_Reality (334)
