| 635180 | 2008-01-29 22:33:00 | Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone out there is aware of some customer management software? I am after some software that will let us enter in customer details with the customer issue and let us update the progress of that problem. We don't need anything complicated at all and this is all we need it to do. I have thought of using Outlook's tasks but that doesn't seem to be as solid as we would like it to be (if that makes sense). I have also called MYOB but they really don't have anything this specific. Surely there must be something out there that can do this, though google isn't really giving me the search results that we are after. Hope someone can help us out on this one, Cheers |

| 635182 | 2008-02-02 05:31:00 | Been having a looking at This Software (www.dbsonline.com) my self for doing similar. My Accounting program does it as well, but thats not alway handy. The program above is free, allows to enter ongoing reports /updates, customer details, and costings to jobs if required. | wainuitech (129) | ||
