| 635039 | 2008-01-29 05:40:00 | I got home from work today, fired up the Thunderbird e-mail programme, and noticed I'd sent myself a message. (At 3:45pm, the PC was on, but the modem was turned off) What can I do to make sure I'm not spamming thousands of users? |

Before you do it shut down any downloads, web browsers etc and give them time to time out. If you have messenger live running it will show up as connected. This is just to check that you have not been hacked, which anti virus and anti spyware etc do NOT always pick up as I found the hard way. |
