| 307168 | 2004-12-30 02:43:00 | A 'Beige Brigade' cricket shirt. A book about the fighter squadron my father flew with in WWII (Singapore) BBQ tools TWO packets of scorched almonds Vouchers 2 rather nice Jim Beam glasses ... but my wife forgot the bottle of Jim Beam! Still, no hangovers, no injuries (from backyard cricket or soccer), no sunburn (could anyone?) and no bulging guts from eating too much. All in all it was pretty damned good. |

| 307169 | 2005-01-03 04:50:00 | Well sounds like most of you had pretty good christmases. I enjoyed mine. My "haul" included: a small amount of cash and some lotto tickets some shot glasses from my teenaged sister - god bless her! a brazier a copy of "Play It That Way" By Roddy Dole (The second in the "A Star Called Henry" Trilogy) Another book I cannot remember the title of An alarm/immobiliser/keyless entry system for my car A ticket to the Feelers/Op shop/Evermore New Years concert in Paihia A very merry christmas, and the best new year ever! If the end of '04 and the first 2 days of '05 are anything to go by, then this is going to be a great year, and considering the personal events in my life over the last 18 months - about bloody time. |
