Too bad I've come down with a nasty chesty cough :annoyed: We are hear to help ;) Steam inhalation will help. Suck lozenges (preferably sugar free, and keep to the recommended dose) and take warm drinks like a teaspoon each of honey and lemon dissolved in warm water to soothe your throat. You can try cough medicine from your pharmacist made for the type of cough you have, e.g. ‘dry’ or ‘chesty’. |
