| 306508 | 2004-12-22 11:42:00 | Problem is that we don't have a /robots.txt file. The old server, I think, told robots not to follow links and not to index content. It's really up to the admins, I guess. It provides publicity for IDG if this forum turns up in search results (in which case even the admins might not have control - it could be an order from higher up). Perhaps there's a way to filter robots from showing up as guests? That could be something for the gnomes to investigate when they get back. :D |
