| 635909 | 2008-01-31 09:01:00 | I had a call from a friend and he has been trying to create a document in Word - gets part way into it and this window pops up showing an error message - something to do with "run time" and "not shut down correctly"... as I am at a distance it is hard to determine what the cause or solution might be.... He has had a relative visit who possibly switched the computer off at the power switch without closing programmes. Any answers please? TIA - Bryden PS Rebooting doesn't help. |
