636015	2008-02-01 00:35:00	racepics you're not with Xnet by any chance are you? I have the same problem sending pdf copies of invoices to Xtra customers from Quickbooks. I'm still waiting for Xnet to reply to my two emails in regards to this problem. The weird problem with my Xtra customers is that the email is not even marked as Spam and stuck in the Spam folder. I was at one of the Xtra customers place and got them to log in to the webmail and we went through the Spam folder and my emails weren't even in there. They have just dissappeared and I get no bounce back or anything. I am with XNet using a domain based email address and sending through their SMTP server. When I first signed up to them late last year I had the problem where none of my emails were getting delivered to xtra email addresses, and they admited there was a problem that they were working with Xtra to fix. They emailed me about a month later to say they had fixed it. I do still seem to have a large number of emails that still don't seem to be getting delivered, without any bounce.	robbyp (2751)

Also are you sending via your webhosts SMTP server or your ISPs mailserver, although this may not make a difference to yahoos spam filtering. Some budget hosts do get their mailservers blacklisted because spammers often signup to cheap hosting accounts, and they tend to get more abused. They also don't have the staff to maintain the servers as well. eg. you get what you pay for with web hosting.	robbyp (2751)
