| 637111 | 2008-02-03 20:13:00 | After installing Creative Sound Balster Audigy2 ZS and loading its software that came with it this error message appears each time I start the computer: "The instruction at "0x7c91142e" refrenced memory at "ox61776e69." The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program. Click CANCEL to debug the propgram." How can I fix the error so it won't appear each time I start the computer? I'm runnin XP Pro on an AMD 3500 with 1GB memory. Thanks for your help in advance. |

| 637112 | 2008-02-03 20:23:00 | Uninstall them, reboot, then disable any antivirus programs, and firewalls. And teatimer, if this running. Then reinstall them. Or redownload the drivers / program from the Creative site. They maybe corrupt. The ram isnt faulty is it? |

| 637113 | 2008-02-10 10:13:00 | Sorry for taking so long to reply . I've uninstalled all the Creative software that came with the sound card, closed the computer and restarted it . There error message still shows . I read the manual that cme with the sound card . One part I'm not sure whether I did it correctly was disabling the onbard soundcard from BIOS . How do I know I have disabled the onboard soundcard? Any other solutions? Many thanks . |
