| 636976 | 2008-02-03 07:09:00 | For the first time I am having trouble loading a game (Call of Duty 4) off the February PC World DVD. The finalizing box indicator does not reach the end of the process but another box appears telling me that the setup has finished installing the game.After a restart the game will not run... it tells me that it is because the game was shut down incorrectly last time the game was run, it has never run. I have tried 3 times on two different PC's ... same problem. Has anyone else had this happen?.:horrified | Marshman (7857) | ||
| 636977 | 2008-02-04 00:09:00 | Whats your hardware like, are all the PCs running Vista? Try running the .exe as administrator. (right click, run as administrator). Otherwise the DVD may be dodgy. Go back to where you got the magazine from and get a replacement. |
