312049 2007-10-20 21:28:00 Since the 1st of this month i've used 9GB on a 20GB cap, 3GB from national streaming radio, the rest is international streaming radio (128k-256k quality), youtube, general browsing. jermsie (6820)
312050 2007-10-20 21:42:00 Which stations? I also stream a ton of stuff, but listening to aacplus streams sure helps cut back on the bandwidth usage - 64k aacplus v2 sounds damn good . Erayd (23)

I was youtubing bleach a manga .Then I watched a few dramas on a streaming site

There was a website that provided direct download links where I could get movies off from megaupload and send space

I downloaded a bit of Hong Kong Drama and since each drama is around 20 episode at around 200mb .Its not really hard to use 30GB

Most of the time I just tell my father the link to download because they do have unlimited bandwith in hk

312052 2007-10-21 02:48:00 I use at least 10gb per month, I always buy data blocks from slingshot. This month I have 36gb to use.

It is pretty hard to use 30gb in a day, especially when you have 150kb/s speed. The only way I could do it is have a very large file off rapidshare to be constantly downloading.

312053 2007-10-21 05:05:00 Sorry guys, I just have to ask:

What exactly are you downloading that can run you to 10GB + over a month? I'm not looking for a legal vs illegal argument either, I just can't see what anybody could need or use on a monthly basis that uses that much data. I did think about Linux distros, patches and upgrades etc, but once you have them on CD or DVD you don't really need to download again quite that soon, or do you?

Anybody care to enlighten me?

Cheers
