As I fail to see the link between "Sickening" & what I just watched.
Can you fill me in on the relationship?

No PcNut, its not you. You can't see the link as you're not a member of the flat earth society.

If you think its sickening non't buy anything in the future made by MS. In fact, throw your computer down the dunny and go read a book or have your brain fryed by mindless dribble on the TV.

Personally, I don't get why you are all so dang paranoid about MS. Your endless rantings are very similar to when the motor car was invented and some poor dude was made to walk in front of the car waving a flag so not to scare the horses ~ or whatever its purpose was.

But what you write here makes humourous reading. I'll give you that

:@@: :groan:

Haha

I have no problem with Microsoft software apart from IE. And IE is not the issue. My opinion would be no different if I loved IE.

I said that because of the angle whoever the guy being interviewed was taking on things. I just thought it a little arrogent at times. I have no problem with others disagreeing of course.

Naturally I wasn't really sickened by it al...

Sorry for making you laugh :)

This is just another thing that those monopolistic bastards can get their hands on.

In the end, MS will control everything. And for one company to control everything, it's not good. It stops innovation, it stops competition, and by far the worst thing, it stops care for the consumer.

Look at MS now, all their incomplete beta operating systems on the market, buggy as frank, and it is the consumer that suffers.

And microsoft don't give a sh*t about you. Once they've got your money, they couldn't care wether you had to restart your computer 6 times a day so you could actually use the thing comfortably.

Its terrible, its disgusting, its bad practice, and its rife. These bastards need to be stopped. And as quickly as possible.

All you microsoft lovers out there have got to see the light. Microsoft is not good for business. Its not good for consumer. THEY ARE BAD NEWS!

Here is a crude diagram.

311787 2005-01-08 02:42:00 Hamstar, do we not live in a free market?? No one is forcing anyone here to purchase MS products. There are alternatives and everyone is free to use them. Get a grip, if MS brings a product to market for content managment and delivery or a new technology or whatever, someone else will come out with a competing product. Sure they are a huge company and some of their take/stand over tactics are a bit on the nose but they are successful because they marketed their products well.

At the end of the day if you don't like MS then let your wallet do the talking and don't buy from them!!

And the motor car had proven to be a blessing hasn't it?

Nice example, Destroy the planet and kill people.

What a load of absolute tripe!
Go back to School, get an engineering degree, build a bridge & get over it!
If left to the likes of you & your ilk we'd still be carving round things from rocks, rolling them down hills & shouting out "wheel" "wheel"
There is nothing stopping others being as innovative as M$oft has been, nothing at all.
Tell ya what, lets pull every M$oft app there is from use & we'll replace them all with.....?
Hmmm... I can't actually think of many at the moment.

And as far as "M$oft controlling everything"
1. Dont believe everything you stumble across on the great intarweb.
2. Stop watching so much TV
3. Get out & catch some sun, you're suffering from a Vitiman C deficiency
4. Change your username to gullible_2
(You can't have gullible or gullible_1 'cause Metla & george will be taking those respectively.)
