| 638223 | 2008-02-07 07:11:00 | a friend bought the Asus z99he a few weeks ago from dse had one weird problem when a dvd-r is insearted, the computer crash then restarts other stamped discs seem to be fine though it was thought that the notebook is faulty so it was returned to dse but now the new one has the same problem my googling skills didn't help this time so anyone got any suggestions? oh..just to end on a sad note.. yes..the notebook is runing vista |

| 638226 | 2008-02-07 07:19:00 | caused by burnt dvd-r two that caused them one was actually burnt on mac I think and the other was mine, burnt on xp with nero those utility discs and drivers' disc that came with the computer works fine the error screen was described as 'blue' so i assumed it was bsod ..and all my friend could tell me was that the words "crash" and "dump" are on it followed by a screen of text that soon disappeared when the computer rebooted itself |
