| 638237 | 2008-02-11 04:31:00 | Yay! the pc just found the Ipod. I have Itunes installed btw. I plugged the ipod into my hard drive recorder and then into my 360 and it finished all its charging, then I plugged it into my pc (same port) and after a little while it found it. Thanks for the help :) |

Thanks for the help :) If you short cut it to the desktop it makes it easier to find the next time you plug it in for syncing with iTunes and updating the iPod firmware. |

Thanks (Oh I have a power outlet charger, and what does vitalstatistix mean? - create a shortcut to its drive when it finds it next time?) Thanks |

This usually happens, when u charge it, when it hasnt got flat completely. Thats what I had to do with this 40 GB. Altho replacing the battery didnt help either lol. The battery icon on it says its nearly flat. Put it in the dock, after 3-4 mins it says its charged. |

Thanks (Oh I have a power outlet charger, and what does vitalstatistix mean? - create a shortcut to its drive when it finds it next time?) Thanks Yup, battery is dead. Had the same problem with my old iPAQ, battery used to be "full" after like 30mins of charging and die within an hour. Just get a new battery though a new MP3 player might be cheaper. |

Thanks That means it will be sitting on the desktop instead of hiding in My Computer. |
