As a concert sound system is a tempary installation, i tend to use a couple of cable ties per show. Then there's the lighting rig........ :D |

| 314759 | 2005-01-18 01:33:00 | You can see and feel a difference in the quality. Different grades of plastic, different fillers, differences in the amount of material in each ... If I was tying up cables which had to stay in one place, especially outside (where you get UV), I would use the expensive ties. The skinny, brightly coloured, ones won't last. Even inside, some modern lights give a fair bit of UV. When I'm just tying up spare cables so they don't tangle, or temporarily locating things, I use the bag ties. They are easier. |
