Networking the printer and installing the network driver patch fixed the problem - clearly HP are more concerned about ensuring their business-oriented software is functioning correctly than their home solutions. Thanks for your efforts to assist with this problem. Email - what email ??? Sorry but I dont recall getting any Email. That seems to be the way most of the bigger companies look at things - yet the average consumer makes up a large amount of their business I'm sure. |
