| 317033 | 2005-01-22 18:08:00 | Do i need permission from pcworld?I don't think its an issue UNLESS you make copies. Selling photocopies of PC World on trademe would be BAD! :D |

| 317035 | 2005-01-23 04:19:00 | I don't see how it could cause any legal issues, because what you are selling are old magazines you bought -I hope. If you make a copy then sell the original, then that's illegal. But if it's just passing ownership then it should be fine. Why not just keep them to refer to in 20 years time ;) We could then reflect on the progress made since now. Might not have everybody onboard, but beetle, etc. will still be here :p .... and probably /me as well. :nerd: |

Now that would be laugh to look back to. I dread to think back to how many hours I wasted playing 'Manic Miner' and "Jet Set Willy'. |

| 317040 | 2005-01-23 11:32:00 | I've got pc world going back to 1990 and boy are some a hoot. Raving about whether powwer users really need that extra grunt that you get with a 486 dx 33 over a 386 and whether its worth the insane price difference. The descriptions on most articles are similar to current issues. Speed Demon" 486 dx 100, p100 etc "Gigantic hardrives " (1.2 gig) "Killer App" "Blazing speed" 8 x cd drive etc etc and the headings that didn't quite match up with the hype "LS120 the floppy Killer" (still see a lot of floppy drives but stuff all LS 120 drives) wouldn't give my collection away, nostalgia, humour and history all rolled into one :) |
