| 639892 | 2008-02-13 04:29:00 | I have the new MS Office Pro 2007 but only want to instal Publisher at the moment, leaving everything else in XP. How can I do this? |

If you select not available for the other programs, they dont/wont install at all When you start Office's Setup.exe, make sure you select "Keep these programs". Select them all except Publisher. Step though the wizard and click install. If it says Upgrade, you've done something wrong :) |

If you install 2007 to a different directory it would have a better chance of succeeding, I use 2003 and 2007 alternatively all the time with no issues. I just installed Office Enterprise the normal way and told it to keep all of my 2003 components as well. It works fine. |
