| 639437 | 2008-02-11 07:57:00 | Hey guys. I have a stock cpu fan for a amd athlon x2 5200+. It is a bit noisy and I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a quiet cpu fan that will work with my cpu. I don't have to change my heatsink though right guys? Thanks. |

| 639439 | 2008-02-11 08:40:00 | www.ifocus.co.nz www.c1com.co.nz Buy it from there though, not iFocus if you want to get it...^^ That thing is a beast, and nice and quiet. Maybe a bit expensive though? Thought of simply getting a fan controller, and watching temps, finding a happy medium? |

| 639441 | 2008-02-11 20:35:00 | What temps is the CPU getting up to? Have you got any case fans? Have you cleaned dust out of the case and cleaned and re-applied thermal paste to the CPU heatsink? 3500RPM is rather fast... |
