| 639910 | 2008-02-13 09:52:00 | Hi, have a broken down Sony Vaio that has kicked the bucket in every way except the hard drive. What is the easiest method of transferring the data from the piddly little 30gig laptop drive to the brand new 160gig drive? Is there a cable that will convert it to usb? Is there a company that could do it quickly and easily? What would this cost? Any help greatly appreciated. NT. |

I believe this (www.dse.co.nz) is what you were referring to XH5177 Newteach one of those enclosures would be marginally cheaper from an actually computer store depending on where you are, such as: QMB (www.qmb.co.nz) or PBTech (www.pbtech.co.nz) |
