I have an HP a1730n Dual core AMD 64 5000 2GB Ram running XP SP2 32bit. Randomly when I run Firefox or Apple Safari the machine will hard hang. Reset does nothing, I must power cycle to get back. Has anyone see this??? :waughh: |

If even your reset button (which is on the hardware level) isnt working, I'd say you've got hardware problems (ram?; overheating?). |

I also have a Dual core AMD with an Asus M2N-MX-SE motherboard. Had the same problem with Firefox.
reinstalled the motherboard drivers and updated Firefox. Been Ok now for several weeks ;) |
