640394 2008-02-14 21:39:00 Using windows XP and Outlook Express for my e-mails when I get an e-mail from trade me it is all garbled with what I think are formatting commands i.e.
ao-oa-ao- and I have to try and read the text between all this crap.
Now I get lots of e-mails from other sources including spam without any bother. Trade me is the only place where I get this problem so I logically deduce that there is nothing wrong at my end. I ring trade me and all they say is that I should contact Xtra.
Any ideas anybody ?

640397 2008-02-15 01:16:00 click on Tools->Options->Read and uncheck the "Read all messages in plain text" option. Click Apply, OK and then close OE and reopen it.

select 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu. Then select the 'Security' tab, and then, under 'Download Images', you should see a checkbox titled "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail".

640400 2008-02-15 03:02:00 Sorry I can't help with your problem.

But I suggest you PM the Mods to remove the active email address I can see in your 2nd post.

Otherwise it'll be harvested by the spambots.
