| 640107 | 2008-02-16 21:30:00 | If you installed it using your logon, have you tried reinstalling the pack (without uninstalling first) in her logon with Firefox and Office closed (and you logged out)? If you haven't already you could also try uninstalling the compatibility pack through add/remove programs, restarting the machine, logging into her logon, and then reinstalling (assuming she has admin rights. If not, log into an administrator account and install it from there, ensuring no other account is logged on). I'm about out of ideas after that however! |
