| 640868 | 2008-02-16 04:34:00 | Hi on my Wife's computer the update for MS Office 2003 pro, update service pack 3 has downloaded but will not install. I wish to delete it but where do they download to as I can't find it anywhere and it does not show in add remove programs. The computer will not shut down without trying to install it which takes at least half an hour each night which is very annoying. Thanks |

| 640869 | 2008-02-16 04:41:00 | It might be in one of the folders here C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution If you tried to install it from the Windowsupdate site. Did you download it manually, then install it, or go to the WU site? |

| 640871 | 2008-02-16 05:23:00 | If youre on broadband get it manually then install it (www.microsoft.com) If youre not on broadband, thats probably why its stuck. Disable automatically update and change it to notify me. Go through the folder I posted previously. |
