641397 2008-02-18 07:45:00 Whats the mouse cursor theme called thats used in PCLinuxOS 2007 and also I know it was used in Fedora 8 (KDE). Namely looking for the busy mouse cursor (blue circle that kinda spins around). Might incorporate it into my system Myth (110)

Edited: just installed from that link - works exactly like Vista but on XP.

641399 2008-02-18 07:51:00 Light blue circle? That's the Vista busy mouse cursor. qazwsxokmijn (102)
641400 2008-02-18 08:08:00 Are you sure it was in KDE Fedora 8? I've just been over my control centre and I cannot find it. I have the bouncy cursor thingy here.

Not sure if I last saw the spinning circle cursor theme back in Fedora 5 or 6??

641401 2008-02-18 09:41:00 I'm sure it was Fedora, however I might be wrong. I tried a lot of different distros at that time. Maybe it was (K)Ubuntu?
But PCLinuxOS definitely uses it

Light blue circle? That's the Vista busy mouse cursor. You both seem to be right; it is indeed the Vista (Aero) cursor. Have since found the cursor theme on kde-look and have it installed.

Thanks for the hint though, I had no idea of what it was called or whence it came
