| 641240 | 2008-02-17 22:26:00 | Hi, I have got a Canon MP520, and when I want to print a certain number of pages, such as the first page only, I don't have the option to do this (when using 'Print' in Outlook 2007). What I can do is print either All, Even, or Odd. Where can I tell it to only print Page #1? I can see in Word's 'Print' that I do have this option when printing documents there. I want this option in Outlook because some emails are full of rubbish (such as e-tickets where only the 1st page (with flight # and reference #) is required for check in) and I don't want to waste paper by having to print the rest of it with all the terms & conditions. Thanks Catherine |

Edit - I was wrong - Damn Microsoft. :D You could always copy it into a Word document and delete the second page. Outlook 2007 uses the Outlook print options for everything - Outlook 2003 used word's and IE's for some messages. The only workaround is opening HTML messages in the browser and printing. www.outlook-tips.net So either that or copy it into a Word document. Got that info from here. help.wugnet.com Might be worth a read. |

Downloading the Blueprint software now that Safari recommended, and will give that a try (it's only a free trial, bummer!) So looks like the easiest option for now will have to be opening emails in a browser . I agree it's silly that Microsoft have done this! |
