It doesn't matter which of three computers I use, so it is not settings or AV or anything like that. I am posting simply to see if any other users are still having problems. | 641230 | 2008-02-17 23:57:00 | Just checked both my old email addys @ freenet - working ok now, sent test emails from ihug - they arrived almost instantly! ... better than last friday when emails sent took a couple of hours lol Has still been having ongoing glitches tho when I've been checking this last week. |

| 641231 | 2008-02-18 02:03:00 | At last!! In frustration I used the 0800 number for Compass Communications and got a fast response, a helpful human, and an intelligent reply. In summary, they are still having mailserver problems and are working on them, there is no indication as to how long this will take, but at least I know it is nothing to do with my end of the deal, not that I ever thought it was! I have a job reference number, so now I can go back and check progress if the problem persists. Why they don't update the FreeNet system-status page I do not know. Cheers Billy 8-{) :waughh: |

| 641232 | 2008-02-18 02:10:00 | my friend reports her folders on the Freenet server are still empty, her address book is still empty, mail is often not received and she is unable to send mail from Freenet (gets an error message).
